Very disappointing service from FedEx. I received an email asking if I wanted to have my package delivered in a secure place and knowing I won't be home I quickly set it up for it to be left in front of my apartment door. Driver attempted delivery and did not leave package, called customer service and all she did was kept spouting off their processes and policies and they stated that I can collect it to which I refused as I should not have to pay money for transportation for their mess up. I’ve been waiting all day for my package and they drop it off at the wrong address
Worst delivery company, drivers pretending they made an attempt to delivery which is not the case, it is company practice this how they want you to pickup your parcel you self from their office.
Always really late delivery, and lost packages. They lost my medical supplies package, kept promising they would deliver at a later date. Went and picked it up instead. Avoid if you can
Terrible service. Cannot meet timings.
