FedEx didn’t deliver my order, they said signature required but the delivery guy didn’t even knock the door or ring to bell, when he came, so that someone can receive the parcel, that’s so frustrating. Moreover, Fedex want us to pick the parcel from their warehouse.
You can never actually get your package because the people who call leave messages with the wrong racking number so you can never get past the automated stupid phone prompts. I just want to get help with my package being delivered and cannot talk to an actual human to help me. All of this because I was left a voicemail with the wrong tracking number. Companies please just stop using automated phone prompts as they are completely useless and stupid. Now I can’t actually get my package!
I received a voicemail from the local office regarding a package they couldn't deliver to the house. I called the number and the time wasting, useless AI took forever to get me to an agent who couldn't help me out or provide a contact. This is a perfect example of poor corporate customer devoted l service where the issue could have been resolved in minutes with a direct call to the amazing local staff.
