I received a voicemail from the local office regarding a package they couldn't deliver to the house. I called the number and the time wasting, useless AI took forever to get me to an agent who couldn't help me out or provide a contact. This is a perfect example of poor corporate customer devoted l service where the issue could have been resolved in minutes with a direct call to the amazing local staff.
