Beware! They use 3rd party services and take zero responsible for lost packages. I had a terrible experience this Christmas and it is still not resolved. I have video proof that that package wasn’t delivered and still no response. They tell me to reach out to the shipper, and they tell me to put a stolen package report in. I have yet to be compensated for anything. Lots of hours wasted of my time for such a simple delivery.
Second time in a row a driver now marks the package due to be delivered as "Customer not available" where we are clearly open for business all day and noone has attempted to deliver as show on video.
Promised delivery date keeps being pushed back with no reason as to why.
I would suggest extended hours. I have had a parcel held at the ship centre but I was unable to pick up because I am working during the 3 hours it is open :(
