FedEx was not very cooperative with me getting my package, but Vanessa gave me great service and did everything she could to help get the package to me. She truly went above and beyond
If you can pay more money to use a different service than FedEx, especially if you're item is passing through this center, you should make the investment. This is now the second time in a few months we've had a package get delayed here for no reason with no bad weather and zero explanation. The tracking showed it was on a truck out for delivery on a Wednesday mid day, then by end of day; then that no delivery attempt was made at all. Same thing happened Thursday. Driver came early but he kept on looking for my package and he said he couldn’t find it inside the delivery truck. He said he will be back . I been waiting until 8:00 pm. I’m trying to track it but I can’t track it anymore. I’m disappointed with FEDEX.
Received a temperature sensitive package with burn hold and destroyed contents and cold packs that were warm .... zero stars wasn't an option
