This was my first time in visiting the Fed Ex Shipping Center. It was clean and well staffed. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. It is a modern facility with ample parking.
AGAIN, I just got home and found my Chewy box in the driveway , 6 steps from where I asked it to be left... this is the 3rd time, the 2nd since my first trip was at the building. If another is left in the open I will once again be at your door.
Big yikes. There's a dirty looking driver who plays his music so loud while delivering packages on residential streets. Super unprofessional.
I have two separate issues with FedEx and this facility specifically. As a manager for a local company, we ship and receive packages. We personally do not use FedEx for our shipping, but sometimes our partners do. We had a customer send a $43,500 check through FedEx overnight. This is not a cheap service and when a customer expects a machine to ship once paid, they are expecting just that. Terrible customer service. I had a package which was delivered to the wrong address along with a photo of not my front porch. Everything is automated and when I finally spoke with two different representatives I couldn’t understand anything they were saying. The only solution FedEx offered was for me to contact the original seller since they claim they could not tell me where my package was delivered.
