Fedex has the worse customer service. They attempted to deliver a package on Friday while I was at work when I was unaware of a signature required. So I called and requested it to be held at the facility because like most americans I have a job and cant sit at home all day waiting. I went on Monday to get the package from the location they told me but when I arrived they told me the package was already out for delivery but shouldnt arrive until after 12pm.
