Worst shipping company in the world
I was greeted right away when I walked into the store, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
They said they don’t take ground packages here and told me to go to Neville Island which makes no sense. I went a few miles away to East Liberty instead and they took my package. You unfortunately can’t call the store directly to ask ahead of time if they take ground because you get the corporate number.
Had a package out for delivery on Sunday. Three days later, I still don't have my package. Contacted customer support. Was told there is a logistics problem at that facility and that my package cannot be delivered until it is resolved. So I asked if I could could pick it up from the facility (that's only 15min away from my house). I was told "not possible" and was hung up on.
