Had a somewhat conflicting experience with the staff at this location! The first Gentleman who was assisting me was very rude and unhelpful. He had a bad attitude about a simple mistake and made me feel very unwelcome. But there was another woman who was there who was so great! She was helpful and kind and helped me package my large item! I would give her 5 stars her great customer service.
Decent FedEx location. Convenient with friendly service.
This is the most INCOMPETENT run company EVER, they never read the boxes and deliver to the WRONG ADDRESS EVERYTIME, GO UPS OR USPS F FED EX
Don’t go here. Inept and rude employees who would rather do anything but help you.
