Had a very unpleasant encounter with the front desk person. She was extremely unhelpful. All the comments about this location are indeed true. Avoid and save your time!
FedEx express driver left NUMEROUS handguns out the back door of my local FFL and FORGED my signature. A complaint has been filed. If it happens again I’ll sue for forgery and refer the case to ATF for prosecution
Everyone’s reviews here about the awful front desk person at this location are unfortunately accurate. Went on Saturday, 7/26 to try and mail some items. The lady at the counter (Asian, very short gray hair) I’ve dealt with before and she is quite unpleasant and unprofessional. Seems she should not be in a people facing job.
