My package was supposed to be delivered July 12th. It's the 22 still haven't received it and cant get ahold of anyone to find out what's going on. would give 0 star's if I could!
Always having problems with them but never have the same issues with other shipping companies. They will have the expected delivery time from 10am-2pm. We have watched this happen numerous times: the driver will be right down the road for a while delivering at other locations and then drive by our house and not deliver the package. The woman who worked the counter suuuccckkkeeed. She had an attitude about every question I had and was annoyed.
There are self service options, or being waited in is great too. The rep gives choices and information to make your decision. Fast and courteous.
