This is absolutely the worst shipping company ever i don't understand how they stay in business. Everytime something i order gets shipped through them (not by choice) it gets lost/delivered to the wrong door. And when you call customer service to report it they are the most careless unhelpful people i have ever talked to in my life. If I could put negative stars i would. I'd recommend shipping through anyone but them.
If I could give this site less than one star I would I have shipped many live animals to this facility for pickup they do not bother to call me or notify me when they arrive they are complete failure when it comes to the safety and the transport of live animals
I was waiting at home for my package to be delivered for long time. Had a worst experience today, the delivery person didn’t even knock the door and just left the door tag. I came to facility 1 hr before the closing time as suggested by FedEX support team and the delivery vehicle didn’t reach the office even after the closing hours. I have been waiting here for almost 1.5 hrs. I don’t know why do you hire such drivers? This guy is supposed to deliver near totem lake area, Kirkland. Every time they deliver to wrong address to Marysville instead of Lake Steven’s even after updating their system and informing them multiple times. ALL my packages are getting lost. Worst courier company ever!!
Quite neat and serene environment, it was a weekend there was only one indian worker,she gave me package withoutany hassle. Not much wait time. Overall its a nice place and they have an effective services
