Though the kind customer support person did give me the option to come and get it myself, so if you're willing to do part or all of the delivery yourself it could likely be faster.

I wanted to thank the lady in the front desk she was very helpful when I asked for a missed delivery. She immediately did arrangements with the driver to re-deliver my package.
