Worst customer service. I been calling fedex, provided the access code and still driver will not deliver package. I called fedex again after second attempt and they told me that for security reasons drivers cannot used to access code to enter the apartment building. Do not pay for express for two day shipping. You will be wasting your time and money.

Tengo un paquete pero no escribí bien el número, fui en la mañana no encontraron mi paquete estoy llamando pero no hay una opción fija que diga si quiere hablar con alguien de servicio al clientes es estresante estar averiguando un número para llamar .

Great for picking up packages, but they suck at delivering. Worse off I had someone on the phone tell me that someone tried to deliver my package, when I was sitting out front of my building waiting for 6hours. Crazy horrible especially having paid the extra money for express delivery, and then I had to go pick it up from the ship center after waiting longer than the time they promised. 2 extra days, and NO DELIVERY, I had to pick it up. At least the staff at this ship center was A1
