I had all the necessary information to pick up my package, yet the employee, Nicola, refused to assist me, insisting that I must have a door tag—despite my name and ID and tracking being sufficient for a basic search in the system. She showed no willingness to help and made no effort to look up my name. Nicest people ever! Helped me get out a confusing shipment, and with charm and a smile!
I had a great experience at this location, especially with Bree. I missed a file in an important package and Bree helped me to fix it. The other customer services staff are also nice and polite.
