The employees are nice but super over tasked. Ive had to pick up items 3 times lately and everytime the employees are preoccupied doing something in the back. They need to hire more people to maintain their customer base.
I had all the necessary information to pick up my package, yet the employee, Nicola, refused to assist me, insisting that I must have a door tag—despite my name and ID and tracking being sufficient for a basic search in the system. She showed no willingness to help and made no effort to look up my name. What made the experience even more frustrating was that while I was waiting in line, Nicola skipped over me to assist two other customers she appeared to know personally.
