Well knowledgeable team, well trained, customer service minded, they deserve 5 stars
Came in just before Christmas because an engagement ring had shipped late and hadn't been put on a truck. I spoke with Precious and she helped me get the ring out of the crate for the next day's delivery. Made Christmas proposal happen and couldn't have been nicer or more patient throughout (with me and with other customers who weren't treating her with as much respect). Thank you Precious!
