FedEx has officially become the worst mailing service available. 5-10 packages over the past 2 months have become “stuck” due to “unpaid postage” when I BOUGHT the postage On Location, At The Store. FedEx Smart Post ground economy is messing up so much! When they hand off the package to usps for final drop off, there is miscommunication. My packages are now STUCK and when I call the store they say call USPS, I cal USPS, they say CALL FEDEX!! It’s literally a run-around.
