First time coming here to put up a long awaited order. They had problems with the computer but overall, got my package. Was satisfied 😌
Absolutely awful service! I was waiting for a package, and I just happen to be passing by my open front door to see the FedEx truck drive up, parked across the street from my house. I was waiting on a package and had actually left a signed receipt on my door allowing them to drop off the package without my signature. Instead of getting out the truck to deliver my package, he used a smart phone to report back on the tracking that it was undeliverable because I was not at home.
