A train wreck of incompetence even after I called in to their call center to. The driver claimed the address was bad even after the first attempt, they left a door tag which did not found in their system. I will never use this company ever again.
Good customer service
I shipped back a replacement phone dropped it off at this location. They lost it as soon as they did the first scan.
This Fed Ex had only one lady working the front desk. The place was bizzy.i saw other workers in the back area that never came out to help the Customers. I'm not going back to this location on Prairie behind Costco.
