Absolutely awful service! I was waiting for a package, and I just happen to be passing by my open front door to see the FedEx truck drive up, parked across the street from my house. I was waiting on a package and had actually left a signed receipt on my door allowing them to drop off the package without my signature. Instead of getting out the truck to deliver my package, he used a smart phone to report back on the tracking that it was undeliverable because I was not at home. Worst FedEx out their, they don’t care about their customers and they also like to take their sweet time even thought packages are getting delayed for days.
This was my first time using FedEx. The counterperson was so helpful. Just got notified that my sent package was received. Everything went great!
Well FedEx need to do a staff review the people in here a very rude and the people they hire have always a really bad vibe. And specially the senior personal.
