Was just trying to talk to an actual person to get information on my package because it’s late but the recording wouldn’t let me it’s so annoying when all you want to do is talk to a real person to get real answers but nobody can actually use customer service anymore maybe have an option to actually talk to a human instead of a robot that tells you exactly what you could’ve found online that’s not what I was asking it’s so frustrating!! Probably won’t ever use fedex again!
Had a package coming and was "weather delayed" twice. The first day was a 55 degree clear day. Then again the next day with no weather issues at all. I don't know if you all are backed up or just lazy. A little deceptive by marking it as weather delay. Still waiting for my package.
