The woman who was working at the counter today was one of the most delightful people I've encountered in that environment. Please hurry more like her
Had 2 day delivery with signature required. Security cameras on house show fed Ex driver pulls up and take a photo through his window and never got out of the vehicle and stated delivery attempt was made and no note was left. He didn't leave a note because he never got out of the vehicle. Horrible service that why I always use UPS or USPS instead.
Charging 11 dollars me to re-deliever because you couldn't follow the note on the delivery is insane. FedEx is actually the work company, and especially this branch
