This location has the biggest liars and lack of professionalism in FedEx. I was to receive a package guaranteed for overnight delivery. I go online to check my status at 8:45am. My package was sent out for delivery at 8:34am with a driver. I waited all day to receive my package. I go online again at 2pm and it stated that the driver attempted to deliver the package at 1:31pm but I was not available to receive the package. We had 3 people at home all day. Use UPS! Like the previous reviewer we have had the same experience. Three calls to FED EX, two to their transit office where they assured us of delivery yesterday....no luck...and today a tag is left saying they could not deliver....we have been home all morning and there was no attempt made and now the website says that it will be Tuesday before delivery!!!! that is another 3 cays. Apple had best look for another company to deliver their products!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They tried twice to deliver a package (one of those times I was actually present) so prior to the third delivery I called FedEx and gave them my number, asking them to call me in advance of the delivery so that I could be sure to be right next to the door and avoid going all the way across the city. I got a call. After the "delivery". Delivery is in quotes because there are no signs of a delivery attempt like, say, a door tag.
