OMG! Vickie, works on the far left side of the store is one on the most unfriendly person I have Delta with in a long time. I had a prepaid return so I walked over to her counter. She was standing there putting lables on a number of envelopes. I wait and she grabs more and starts to lable them. She never acknowledged that I was standing on the other side of the counter. Worst ship center in Colorado.
Hands down the most incompetent and rude people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The amount of times they change their requirements is absolute insanity. They are no help whatsoever.
