Repeatedly failed to deliver a package, said they would try again but didn't, and now I have to drive 80 mins round trip to get the package. When your entire company exists to deliver things, you have literally 1 job to do. When you fail at that, what is your purpose?
Worse customer service ever ! Zero respect, no understanding. Just a “ job “ and it shows - I truly dislike going to this FedEx - doing everything I can to change delivery locations- Walgreens accepts packages and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Good communication skills
They said they delivered my package but I have the driver on my ring camera not leaving anything he just walked away. Now I’m disputing claims with my credit card company and the sender showing clearly that nothing had been delivered. This should be considered tampering and a federal offense.
Had a Ball Python overnighted and held at the FedEx hub. Went smoothly and was able to pick him up first thing in the morning. Nice and helpful staff.
It never fails. Critical package. Friday. Nearby. Sitting. Finally call... Not until tomorrow. Except this time it was a medical device that is overdue and about the only thing that will help me avoid deadly BP spikes
