Took time off work, was waiting all morning. Went to get lunch gone 15 minutes & of course they show up. Put a tag on the door, called to see if they could bring it back by. They said id have to take off work tomorrow. Very inconvenient. Had to try to talk to an ai before I could finally speak to a representative. I could barely understand him ,not any help at all! I will stick with UPS or USPS.
Repeatedly failed to deliver a package, said they would try again but didn't, and now I have to drive 80 mins round trip to get the package. When your entire company exists to deliver things, you have literally 1 job to do. When you fail at that, what is your purpose?
Worse customer service ever ! Zero respect, no understanding. Just a “ job “ and it shows - I truly dislike going to this FedEx - doing everything I can to change delivery locations- Walgreens accepts packages and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Good communication skills
