Had a Ball Python overnighted and held at the FedEx hub. Went smoothly and was able to pick him up first thing in the morning. Nice and helpful staff.

Driver gave no attention to the small brick we keep on top of our delivery bin to keep the lid closed on windy days. Today is horribly windy. He just lifted our delivery box lid, let the brick slide and scrape all the way down the lid and drop behind it. It scraped up the lid as he let it fall instead of just moving it, placing the package inside and putting it back on top. It weighs no more than a pound... This is my go to to get work related stuff shipped out, every past transaction here they were able to print my shipping label. Until today!! Got told they dont print shipping labels.
