The woman at the register who was supposed to help me was incredibly rude. She couldn't even greet me with a simple hello or an apology because I waited at least seven minutes for her to come out and help me, as she had completely left the store unattended. She didn't make the slightest attempt to help me with what I needed, which was simply to measure and weigh my box. Her bad attitude and unfriendly demeanor will ensure I never return to this place.

Great Customer Service, very helpful and professional.
A person Opens 10am on the dot and immediately proceeds to the back and not come back for 15 minutes with a line out the door. No the poor girl in the front by herself its FedEx lack of coordination and planning. I understand that they dont care about one single package when there pallets being moved but clearly its an ongoing isssue they refuse to fix.
