I'm surprised at so many awful reviews? Granted they're sometimes short staffed but so far. I've had nothing but great experiences here. Arleen at this point is the top star for the staff in the evening and she's always rush checking me in and other clients if its a simple drop off. To be honest even in the day with the 2 gentleman in the day when i picked up once and the other ladies at different times during drop offs. I've never had an issue. I'm always dropping off here especially between 6pm to 7pm and never had an issu... read more
