Horrible experience! The driver that has been assigned to deliver my package for two days now is a nightmare of an employee. I paid extra for them to deliver my package from 5pm-8pm and then he proceeds to attempt to deliver the package at 2:30pm(he didn’t even actually go into the complex to attempt the delivery, he took a picture of the outside and called it a day). I’ve never had an issue before with FedEx but this is ridiculous! To pay extra for someone to STILL not do his job.
