The worse customer service.
I was told to tape all my packages myself and that that not something that FedEx does, according to that lady that worked this morning on Aug 30, they are a ship center, not office. So I had to apply even labels to all the boxes myself, might as well work they part time, right? Just go to another location… not worth to come and get bad vibes

The delivery drive has made 3 lazy attempts to deliver my package to no succes. Apparently they dont know how to follow simple instruction or how to solve a simple problems. This has cause me to be without money for almost a week because the package they are trying to deliver is my debit card. I paid $35 for the delivery overnight. I called custumer service many times and they have been less than helpful. It's frustrating dealing with your services especially since they are not cheap. I am so disappointed and mad.
