Great service, I think FedEx is not giving the employees everything they need to succeed but all the staff is wonderful. Shout out to my fave Alma!
Sorry to the very nice person running the desk, but I can't give a good rating when I keep getting failed by FedEx. There's never a solution they follow through with. They expect me to just sit in my building's lobby for hours to sign for a package. I have a callbox I said to use, and the driver refuses to.
FedEx is complete trash. The driver just didn’t deliver my package for some reason even though my building has a package room. I was told to come get it at 630 from this location in the worst part of SF and the driver was “late” so I had to come back again to get it the next day. The drivers are so dumb that I have to pick up my package or they will never drop it in my package room
