Andrew provided Super convenient service! and Expetied my package.
Didn't go there because Mitchell electric has retorn up 4th and folosm street on all 4 corners again just like they did 6 months ago and u can't go anywhere downtown because of it
Kind staff but they only do express shipping… no ground
The associates here are usually so pleasant and helpful. Today I had a terrible experience with “Jamal”, the associate on duty. They were incredibly rude from the moment I stepped inside. When I asked them to speak up so I could understand better as they were mumbling shipping costs/delivery days, they audibly sighed and yelled the answer in my face. I felt uncomfortable and disappointed, especially after my typically good experience at this location. Jamal needs some serious customer service training.
