Such bad customer service! First time using fedex and last time I’m coming to this center.
Dropped off return package at the counter. Only thing bad hing was that I had to wit a few minutes for someone to come to the counter. It took a couple of minutes but someone reassured me that they were coming.
Horrible customers service, in person or over the phone, they don't care about the customers. Rude and unprofessional people.
