I wasn't home to receive my package, so the delivery driver left a notice; I signed it, as I urgently needed the package delivered today. The driver didn't come to my house today and posted the same photo from yesterday, as if he had actually shown up. I was left without my package—which I needed—because of the driver's laziness.
Lost order and customer service was no help. Gave me the runaround and keep tell me was out for delivery maybe after talking to 8 different people for few hours. Dont use them if relying on next day delivery or any delivery.
