If I could give FedEx negative 100 stars, I would. I ordered a time-sensitive package through Amazon — a set of microphones I needed to DJ a wedding that day — and FedEx single-handedly ruined it. Not only did the package not arrive after three failed delivery attempts, but I was never able to get in contact with the driver. No phone number. No tracking updates that meant anything.
