Fedex does not allow you to file a complaint without calling their AI operated customer serviceline. Thus, taking it to here to leave a review. I purchased something online and unfortunately they shipped it using Fedex. At first it was all set for delivery yesterday. Fedex later calls me and leaves a voicemail saying the delivery address is incorrect/inaccurate and I need to update it. I wasn't home to receive my package, so the delivery driver left a notice; I signed it, as I urgently needed the package delivered today. The driver didn't come to my house today and posted the same photo from yesterday, as if he had actually shown up. I was left without my package—which I needed—because of the driver's laziness.
