I ordered a package using express shipping because I needed it by a certain date. I waited all day on the delivery notification from my apartment but all that came was an email saying that delivery was attempted and they would come back the next day. There was no effort made to notify me that the package had arrived, only after the driver had already left. That doesn't make any sense at all. Fedex does not allow you to file a complaint without calling their AI operated customer serviceline. Thus, taking it to here to leave a review. I purchased something online and unfortunately they shipped it using Fedex. At first it was all set for delivery yesterday. Fedex later calls me and leaves a voicemail saying the delivery address is incorrect/inaccurate and I need to update it.
