I ordered a package using express shipping because I needed it by a certain date. I waited all day on the delivery notification from my apartment but all that came was an email saying that delivery was attempted and they would come back the next day. There was no effort made to notify me that the package had arrived, only after the driver had already left. That doesn't make any sense at all.
