Packaged was suppose to arrive today Now its delayed until tomorrow which is a holiday The holiday schedule says delayed service I'm sure the delivery date will change again tomorrow This is the 1st time I've had an issue with a FedEx delivery

Decent facility, but QUADRUPLE check for mistakes. The lady who was working the desk put the phone number in wrong, the zip code wrong, my last name wrong, AND she put my email where the recipients was supposed to go an vice-versa. Do they drug test?
When I arrived to pick up my package, there was no employee present at the front. I stood there waiting for 10 full minutes with no acknowledgment or assistance. Eventually, an employee finally came out a dark-skinned woman who was working that day(9/23) and instead of apologizing for the long wait, she was dismissive and gave me poor customer service.
