I go to fedex offices and ship centers frequently. This is the only location where I have seen the staff go above and beyond to help customers, including myself and others that I witnessed while in line.
If i could leave a zero star review i would. I have emailed corporate as well, and that i have lost over 3 weeks of my life with them because of their so called "delays". I was suppose to get a package on Sunday 5/31. Today is now a week and still no response from anyone. They keep saying were working hard to find it. Yeah okay i keep hearing that, and i get nothing from them. There should be ZERO excuse for this service as i ordered the same product from amazon and i got it in a 13 hour window.
