Service is excellent! Getting in and out is a nightmare, lol. Parking is good, side entrance is now only for employees

The staff there is friendly and efficient. I r had the same representative help me and she has been great. Getting into their lot during rush hour is very challenging.
Customer Service is horrible. FedEx is the worst delivery service ever.
