Horrible service
🚨 Avoid this location at all costs. FedEx at Grays Ferry has repeatedly failed to follow basic delivery instructions, leaving packages on my doorstep even when a signature was required. Because of their negligence, multiple packages have been stolen from my front door. Worst of all, FedEx promised to reimburse me for an $800 package that their own driver stole, only to later close my claim and deny any responsibility.
