I just witnessed the FedEx driver in Franklin Coolsprings deliver my order of six large boxes and leave them under the staircase on the first floor, instead of delivering them to my apartment on the second floor. When I asked about it, he said his manager instructed him not to carry large packages to the second or third floors. As someone who is 5'3" and 110 pounds, I’m not physically able to move six large boxes up a flight of stairs on my own.
