Absolutely Unacceptable – FedEx Is Failing Businesses I paid for Overnight Priority Shipping with FedEx, expecting professional, timely service. Instead, I received negligence. I arrived at my business at 6AM, specifically to receive this critical package with parts urgently needed for time sensitive client projects, including government contracts. I waited. And waited. BEST SHIP CENTER IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA! Drivers are amazing and the customer service agents are on point and direct!
Fed Ex is a horrible company. Rude lady at counter, rude drivers that practically throw your packages out while driving by, always late deliveries, drivers speed and hog the road. I wish another company would push them out of their business.
For a couple years, they had a lot of trouble getting packages to the destination on time. They have gotten a lot better lately.
