Absolutely Unacceptable – FedEx Is Failing Businesses I paid for Overnight Priority Shipping with FedEx, expecting professional, timely service. Instead, I received negligence. I arrived at my business at 6AM, specifically to receive this critical package with parts urgently needed for time sensitive client projects, including government contracts. I waited. And waited.
