Fed Ex is a horrible company. Rude lady at counter, rude drivers that practically throw your packages out while driving by, always late deliveries, drivers speed and hog the road. I wish another company would push them out of their business.
For a couple years, they had a lot of trouble getting packages to the destination on time. They have gotten a lot better lately.

The person who shipped my stuff try to upsale me a box as they said it could get stolen. I was sending it to samsung. So if it got stolen not my issue as I have proof I shipped it. Not to mention I don't have box shipping money. They did good job though and got it there.
