Fedex is the worst shipper. Most of the employees come from Amazon and will break Fedex policy and leave packages in front of unsecured commercial buildings. Then they turn around and blame the customer. It is why UPS is winning and FedEx continues to fail.
What an absolute garbage of a company. I live in an apartment building and I've been waiting for a delivery (that requires my signature) for the past week. Every day a driver comes by, leaves a note on the building's door and runs away. No real attempt to deliver my package. The delivery instructions clearly state the code to the door, so they can just enter, but why do that when you can end your day earlier? Expedited shipping? They have failed delivery 6 times but don't have any record they can share? Endless phone calls and combined hours lost with an automated system to get a person that is "sorry" but has no solution? Recommendation: Ship with UPS and USPS
