FedEx representative came and didn’t even pickup the package and updated the status as packet pickup up. Such a unprofessional service

Fedex is terrible, if I could I would give 0 stars. They dont train the drivers properly or make sure that they are following protocol. The driver Nathanael was especially bad with this. My package requires a signature, and I missed the first delivery due to being at work, thats understandable. The seccondary attempt I was home for but nothing came but a doortag with no knock before hand. I assume Nathanael just stood there, expected me to magically know they were there, and then just put the doortag saying they attempted an... read more
