Hoy tuve una mala experiencia en Fedex. Sobre las 4:15pm llegue y hab�an 2 personas atendiendo una mujer me recibi� la caja "Abierta" la cual era una bater�a ecoflow y paso el label q yo tenia , justo despu�s "CERR�" la caja y me dice q yo no pod�a hacer la entrega porq era una bater�a. Luego despu�s le pido amablemente que me "ABRAN" la caja nuevamente y un muchacho que habla espa�ol me dice q no tienen cuchillas ni tijera para abrirla(en fedex). 1 STAR — Extremely frustrating delivery experience and unacceptable customer service. My package was scheduled for delivery yesterday. I had a FedEx door tag authorization signed and clearly left on my door authorizing the driver to leave the package, yet the driver did not leave it. That decision started this entire situation.
