“I shouldn’t have made the mistake of leaving a bad review without coming here first. But now that I’m actually here, I can confirm this FedEx is awful: there’s nowhere to park and the customer service is terrible. A truly frustrating experience.”
They lied and never even tried to stop off package !! They took a picture of a blank wall and lied and said no one home . I was not only here, but have a mailroom with 4 staff open 7 am- 7 pm . At 8:52 they lied and said they tried . It’s medicine sent overnight that I need urgently and these guys are con artists
I went to this location expecting a quick label reprint. Instead, the agents claimed they couldn’t help and handed me a flyer for another business to print it, clearly trying to send me elsewhere. When I insisted and gave my account number, they suddenly printed the label on the spot. It was clear they were either being lazy or intentionally diverting customers to another business to print and return to the facility. Completely unacceptable and shady behavior.
Jean was great I was going through a lot but he made sure I was good to go. Jean also is always in a good mood despite all the demand at this location
Shipping center does not print labels.
