You have to print your own label even if the company sends you 1 for a return otherwise you have to pay for the entire shipment. But of course they can sell you anything u need for it to go out just not the actual label that they use for distributing the packages.

Worst ever. Ordered a phone from Spectrum, and FedEx was supposed to deliver it. They came the 1st an hr early, and nobody was home. Never left a door tag. Came back the next day, and didn't even knock, but my package required a signature. How am I supposed to know they're here if no one is gonna knock!!??? This package is worth over $1,000. At this point, you guys are stealing. KNOCK ON THE DAMN DOOR SO I CAN SIGN!!!!
They take a picture of your porch and claim you are not home so they don't have to deliver your package.
Here I sit waiting on my computer for my job. Now I have to request a day off and pray that it comes tomorrow. It was supposed to be here 2 days ago. This is horrible.
