Absolutely horrible service!, I have been waiting 3 days for a package that I have to sign for to be delivered, that I have been told it is out for delivery for 3 days but never gets delivered
Paid for shipping and protection. Been delayed twice and sat in fedex hub very near my town from 2 :17 am.Passed my delivery date. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
Easy transaction walk in drop off package and left.
I don't know I have ever received a package on the day that it says it's out for delivery for said day from this location. Twice, Taylor delivered packages to the wrong address. Thankfully both times the packages got to their actual destination no thanks to FedEx. Taylor also put a box with a very visible hole in the front in mud leaving against the garage.
