i have NEVER dealt with a company so ignorant in my life. Ordered my sons shoes and they were to be delivered on a Monday, the truck shows up and then after a few minutes states "their truck is too full" and they can not find my package so they will be back later. They never came back, it is now Thursday and my package has yet to be delivered. The actual FedEx Drop is located at the back section of Miami Valley North on Main St. In the employees parking lot. It is not placed in a very open area and really needs to have a sign or banner that will make it easier to find . Glad an staff member for the hospital was on duty
I had some issues with a package and the ladies there were wonderful helping me
