Horrible from start to finish. Super difficult to know when exspensive packages are going to be delivered as its never in the delivery window (its 2026) we just sent 4 ppl around the moon and a company thats been up and running for years cant figure it out. Ive been watching the delivery map all day. This lady has been a street away 5 different time and keeps going where it dont make sense. Probably not the drivers fault on that one. Fast, friendly, and very helpful.
A very heavy package was delivered to my address by mistake. Tried to get ahold of the FedEx Ship Center in Vandalia for them to send out a driver to pick it up and deliver it to the correct address. You don't get to talk to a real person. They keep transferring you to a robot. The robot continues to ask questions like what is my phone number so they can call and ask me questions. They're going to be sending a driver out to pick that package up when I'm at work. I'm not allowed to be bothered by phone calls of any kind when ... read more
