A very heavy package was delivered to my address by mistake. Tried to get ahold of the FedEx Ship Center in Vandalia for them to send out a driver to pick it up and deliver it to the correct address. You don't get to talk to a real person. They keep transferring you to a robot. The robot continues to ask questions like what is my phone number so they can call and ask me questions. This facility has the worst time getting a package anywhere on time. We avoid purchasing from anyone shipping FedEx now because they are so awful here.
This is long.. so bear with me. I am extremely disappointed with the service we have received from FedEx over the past week. Two separate packages were delivered to the wrong address. This is not a minor inconvenience — it creates unnecessary stress and delays, and it raises serious concerns about reliability. In addition, drivers have repeatedly driven through our yard instead of using the driveway, causing damage to the property.
