I rather go to ups they have a human who answers the phone. Fedex does not care to have a live person is why they are going under
They can’t climb stairs or read apartment letters. My partner can’t lift very much weight and they keep leaving her packages at the neighbors address downstairs. Lazy as can be. Why do we pay them delivery fees for half the job?
They're just very difficult to work with. Poor customer service combined with hard to contact someone who knows. Ambiguous delivery times coupled with limited on-site hours. Overall just not very convenient or useful.
