The customer service is great, very friendly and helpful. The downside is that I have been waiting 2 months now for my package, it has been shipped back and forth to the same 3 facilities over the last 6 weeks! Very frustrating.
Left package exposed for all to see when I specifically asked for it to be delivered to my door. Thanks for leaving expensive equipment out for everyone on the street to see. Great job
if your delivering a package that needs a signature RING THE DOORBELL some of us work for days at a time and WONT BE HOME for the next time you try to deliver it
It was late in the day, almost 5 o’clock when I arrived with my box and prepaid label. I was met with a cheerful smile and attitude. I was very pleased.
I rather go to ups they have a human who answers the phone. Fedex does not care to have a live person is why they are going under
