I had a package arrive in Gillette and said it out for delivery multiple days and every time got changed to the next day and now they delivered my package to the wrong address that not my house or anyone that lives near me
I live in an apartment building and the number's are a little off my package was delivered to the wrong apartment on the wrong floor. 197 is all the way upstairs.
I went for an international shipment with a 55 pond box. Althought I had personal belongings to send and it is not commercial purposes, is ok if I had to fill a Comercial Invoice, but it is not ok that nobody can’t help me with someting that is your job. I had to go back next day with the box with the invoice filled by myself. Besides I wanted to attach some documentation and they told me it is not necessary, and it was necessary.
