If I could give 0 stars or negative Stars I would. Fed Ex is the absolute worst company to ship with. They are the most unreliable company ever for shipping. Anytime I’ve had something shipped to me and they use FedEx It always comes late and they always have some lame ass excuse me as to why! Not to mention the customer service is terrible! I own a small business and so does my daughter and we would rather pay dbl and to ensure our packages will arrive on time!
For (now) 4 business days in a Row, my Package was shown as "Out for Delivery" yet has not been delivered, no one can tell me why, and when I call, all I get told is "Someone will get back to you", yet, no one does. Live in Longtown, and don't understand why their Logistics division didn't just route it through the McAlester Hub, as they're the ones that usually deliver out here, and I've never had any issues with receiving packages through that Hub
