Brought a package into this convenience store that does fed ex...I didn't have my box ready for shipping...the cashier helped me out and sealed it with some tape.. very friendly and congenial
I was really disappointed with this FedEx location. I came in to do a return using the QR code provided by vendor, which clearly said FedEx would “take care of the rest.” Instead, I was told I had to pay for them to print the shipping label. This might be a standard FedEx practice, but it feels unreasonable compared to other carriers. Purolator and Canada Post don’t charge for printing return labels, so I was very surprised.
