Not a real FedEx OnSite. If it won't fit on their shelf, they won't accept it. Tried to drop off a ready to ship pelican case, not huge but certainly not a small parcel either. When I suggested they update their website to say "Small parcels only" the young lady remarked, "There's nothing we can do about that." Highly disappointing.
