An overnight shipment took almost three weeks. It's probably not the site problem, but FedEx problem. And they provide no way to get reason for the delay, and no way to complain
Don’t rely on this location for FedEx - there have been multiple times I have come to drop off a package and they never see to accept them due to “storage being full”. They also are not very customer service friendly when communicating. If you can, go elsewhere
Came on a saturday and they said they arent accepting package drop off because the packages arent picked up on weekends
Drove all the way here only to learn from a handwritten sign that they aren’t accepting drop offs
Waited in line 10 mins while one cashier waiting for the other cashier to finish paying for her items. I waited just to be told they had “nothing to do with that” when I dropped off my package with a prepaid fedex label. He claimed they only handle returns while standing under a giant FedEx: Drop and ship sign….
