Do not use this location. They did not provide a physical receipt for my return at the time I dropped it off, despite me asking for it. Instead, they sent me a text with a dead link. If I had known better I would have asked for my package back. I was fined over $200 for not making my return. When I came back to ask for a receipt or for the package back, they did not have a record of the return or the package.
Every time I’ve come to this Fedex the staff has been so kind! I had some prints to make for an art market and the assistant manager Tina was so incredibly kind and helpful, my prints came out gorgeous and she was so much fun to talk to! Super recommend this store specifically for all printing needs!! ^__^)b
