Normally, this is a convenient place to do drop-off for returns, but today I stopped in to drop a ground shipment that is a return and they refused to accept the parcel because it contained dead lithium batteries. The assistant manager asked me that they could not accept the parcel and said that I needed to drive 13 miles away to send it. I went to the other location and they said that there was no reason that it should have been refused and that the assistant manager was ill-informed.
