Absolutely the worst customer service and delivery service I’ve ever experienced! Keep changing the delivery time during the day how is that possible i have to sign the package, at the start the delivery 8:35 - 12:35 after that 11:35 - 1:35 after that before 8 pm wow you are the worse service and i will encourage everyone to stop dealing with Fedex
All of a sudden, starting about 10 days ago I am finding FedEx packages at my garage door! My settings are front door delivery. I have no security by my garage door, and a ring installed at my front door so I can track packages. Please stop leaving packages at my closed garage door! This last package was extremely valuable that was left there, carelessly, and most certainly the laziest way of delivery
