I was doing yard work on side of my house Fed x driver saw me and I saw him walking away I figured he left a package it was a signature required note for my wife's Cancer drug on the door ... He did not knock I Would have heard him and he saw me

I have reason to believe an item I sent out of this location was mishandled/damaged by the employees of this location
I went there to drop off a package and the manager didn't accept it because she said it was over 40 pounds. The package was 36 pounds and the website states that they accept packages up to 55 pounds.
