Late and they don't even take a second to hide the parcel from street view. They place it just as far away as possible from the door, i.e., just where the porch starts, which is very easily accessible for everyone and not secured from rain. It's basically just 2(!) more steps to the door with option to securely place the parcel.
I have never shipped ANYTHING via FedEx, so when I got an invoice for $84.50, I was quite surprised. Evidently I either lost my wallet or it was stolen, because it wasn't in my scooter basket when I got home. Someone stole my identity! We'll see what they are able to do, but I am NOT going to pay for services not rendered! There are two offices closer to where I live, and I'm disabled. So why would I go ALL the way across town to this particular office inside a hardware store where I have never been either? Something stinks ... read more
