Stupidest delivery company ive ever had to use. Ordered a box of diapers from walmart and they sent them threw fedex, not only is customer service extremely difficult to get threw to with the ai bot they use to answer phone calls but they took my package back to fedex instead of leaving it in the lobby of my secure building, thats full of cameras, or by my door when i chose the "leave by my door" option at checkout. they wanted me to drag multiple children with me to site and show identification to get a box of DIAPERS. Thank you for working so hard during this strike, I'm sure it's been exhausting. It is such great piece of mind, watching my Christmas parcels travel the country with no issues. I rely on parcel delivery at this time of year, and all of the employees need to be thanked for their hard work. If my last parcel wasn't left in an odd place I would have gone with a 5.
