left a door tag saying i can pick it up at the nearest retail store turns out they carried it back. time was wasted and didn’t even notify me about the changes. today it said it will be delivered yet again it got hold at the fedex site.
Stupidest delivery company ive ever had to use. Ordered a box of diapers from walmart and they sent them threw fedex, not only is customer service extremely difficult to get threw to with the ai bot they use to answer phone calls but they took my package back to fedex instead of leaving it in the lobby of my secure building, thats full of cameras, or by my door when i chose the "leave by my door" option at checkout. they wanted me to drag multiple children with me to site and show identification to get a box of DIAPERS.
