Customer service were too interested in their own conversation than helping me

Do not use this FedEx on site location. The employees here have no problem STEALING packages and then claiming they were picked up by FEDEX and just not scanned. Then when you turn to FEDEX for help, they tell you that you have to speak with the drop off location. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!
