The reviews are unfair. This is a FedEx dropoff location. You need to have your package wrapped and have the label taped on package. If you do that, this is a seamless process. I just went and dropped off my package in less than a minute. Great service
Horrible Customer Experience ever they need to have a FedEx associate in this Walgreens. The tall black guy with the glasses was very very very rude. He does not need to work at any customer service retail store. I went in store had my package 📦, which had the QR code. Everything in place I needed a piece of tape just for extra security. This location is very rude. I went in to send my FedEx package and the older woman was extremely rude and not helpful at all. If you need to send a package I recommend to avoid this location. Go to 11819 Wilshire Blvd. instead.
