We had a package that needed to be returned less than 30 pounds and the lady refused to take it because "she can't pick it up." Sounds fair right? I'm sorry you have no upper body strength. She first told us the returns weight limit is 55 pounds, and then changed it to 30 pounds few minutes later. Regardless, none of her excuses were acceptable. We reported her.
