I never got my package even though I was home all day. The driver didn’t knock or ring just left a door tag notice. I called earlier and they said I could pick it up, but when I called again around 3:30, they told me I couldn’t. Nobody answered my questions, they just made me take a survey and hung up. I just want to get my package this whole thing’s been super frustrating. This is why sometimes i don’t like fedex taking part of my packages because of what i experienced. i very much prefer UPS.
Just very nice helping, friendly people.
This place is great! The two gentlemen working were friendly and super helpful! I had never been there before and they patently walked me through things very nicely. It's got many different things for sale and little work stations so check it out
