I absolutely hate your AI system I was trying to call to let them know to hold my package because of the storm today and could not get a human being on the phone the AI people do not understand everything I hate it I hate it I hate it I may never use FedEx again I will ask for a different way of delivery. I thought I would save them the trouble of driving in a blizzard and there is no human to talk to
