The most rude, unprofessional, incompetent place ever. Went to return on the FedEx site, they not only was I told to buy my own tape to tape my return, which by the way was properly packaged, but when asking if I get a receipt for the return, the answer was NO. I was so mad I left. By the way the place is filthy.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also bought the box they had to send a lap top so that the item would be protected
Employees are very helpful.
