Great experience
Amazon's system is much better. FedEx took several days longer than promised and can't tell you when to expect something. They keep moving the date around. There is no way to have them deliver to one of their own locations when you plaxe an order -- you have to wait for the package to be on the road before you can redirect it for what they call a "vacation hold".
