Confusing because you don't know that it's actually located in a Walgreen's. No envelopes available to get started filling out until associate was available to show backup. I waited five minutes, and nobody showed up. So, I left and went to the Pleasant Hill location.
Staff is kind but make sure you all have all your materials with you — they do only drop off
