Man behind counter was very rude the moment I walked in. There were no other customers in the store. Customer service is a joke. I just needed help getting a Fed ex receipt, but he felt like belittling me. Would not recommend at all. I tried online first but the site directed me to go to a Fed Ex shipper. Yeah, he couldn’t get me the receipt, that’s fine, but don’t take it out on the customer.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Package three days late, two open tickets, no resolution. I live in a gated apartment complex and have told Fed Ex that I will open the gate when they arrive. They have my phone number but have not done that. Currently on hold with yet another customer service rep who seems incapable of helping get this package delivered. I'm beyond disappointed and angry, thinking of canceling my order
