I have visited this FedEx location several times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. There is often no employee available at the counter, forcing customers to wait 15–20 minutes just to get assistance. The customer service needs significant improvement, as long wait times and lack of staff presence make the process very frustrating.

Doesn't do packages dropp off on weekends. I drove special out of my way to come here, should atleast clarify that they dont accept packages on select days

Came here specifically for a FedEx drop-off since it’s listed as available on Google and the FedEx website. Was told in store they don’t accept drop-offs on weekends. That info isn’t listed anywhere, which is really inconvenient. Needs to be updated.

Don’t bother bringing your FedEx packages here, they take hardly any of them, they have time, day and size restrictions and none of that is mentioned upfront. CVS staff will see you holding a package waiting in line patiently and even though they know they cannot take it. They will just let you stand there and wait.
