Worker said they don’t accept packages on Friday after 10am? As others already said, they also don’t accept packages on weekends.
Writing a review just as a PSA. If you have a box to return that's a bit larger than what you'd consider small, they won't take it, regardless of the weight. My box is long and thin, probably something like 50"x 8" and only like 3 lbs, but they turned me away. If it can't fit in their drop box, they can't take it. 3 stars because I've never had an issue there, but that's a kinda silly rule.
