Great service
Been waiting 20 mins while they waited for a scanner and took 10 people in line. Zero sense of urgency, or customer care. You use the same check out as the drug store customers so wait is forever just to have them neglect you. Save your hassle and find a FedEx store - don’t give these people the drop off fee
For those who cannot find a FedEx office after circling around in the plaza for half an hour like me, this site is actually in the Duane Reade. Just talk to the staff that you have a package to drop off.
