Don’t even know why they are working there, waiting for 15 minutes just for a scan. A drop off place don’t even have a tape or glue, so for mailing it you have to buy a tape or glue downstairs, and after that still a long waiting. Even they don’t have consumers they just standing there talking, I asked few times and move slowly to just scan the package. What a waste of time and mood.

I had the worst experience with the FedEx drop-off service. The staff appear to be making their own rules, customer service is extremely poor, and the supervisor was rude and unhelpful.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because there's not a separate parcel drop-off area, there are two levels in Duane Reade upper level & lower level (for the pharmacy) on the upper level you stand in the main line like everyone else until it's your turn at the register, they scan your package, have you electronically sign, and that's it you're out the door.
