My document which is supposed to be delivered to mill creek ,WA, was left at your Bothell office for three days and I had to pick it up myself on the fourth day. I am very disappointed with the poor service, especially from an international company like fed ex. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Dropped my package and asked for a receipt. They refused to provide me with a receipt and said that I should get it by a text message. I didn't get any text message and asked to return it to me. They refused to return my package until I showed my ID. It's definitely not the best customer experience.
Very easy to drop a return for Amazon. It must have taken as much as 90 seconds.
