There is a counter inside the Walgreens. It was easy for me to drop off my package that was pre labeled.
Terrible customer service. FedEx hides behind a virtual assistant. There are things AI is unequipped to help with. That's why people exist, customer service should involve people talking to people. If I'm calling it's because I have a problem that a computer can't fix.
I ordered a package and the driver came up to my door, did not knock. Then proceeded to leave a door tag that said no one was home.
They had my package for over 3weeks
